It was a great pleasure to have worked with Brad in Hong Kong from about Jan 2003 until late 2006. He joined St. George's from Harvey Nash where he had built up a successful executive search practice in Hong Kong. Upon joining St. George's which, as a result, we re-named St. George's Harvey Nash, Brad was appointed head of the Hong Kong office which by 2006 had grown to about 20 staff strong and we were a key player in the region's executive search field. The purchase of the business by Hays plc, was in no small part a result of Brad's fantastic work both in motivating and growing a Hong Kong team as well as helping nurture and support our three China offices.
